I have a problem with my confidence when in both social and official gatherings or when relating with people. I have an African accent and grammatical structure isn't a problem at all. What i really dont like is when talking with my tonations in crowd and everyone is staring so hard at you for getting the pronounciations wrong.

Try your local area learning centre. They always have cources for free those people's pronounciations is not clear. My friend attended a course and now he speak like a genius.
