I can sing. I can play guitar.
Now I wanna link ‘em both. But I’m not quite sure how.

haha i used to to not be able to at all either
but now i like to think i rock at it 
as for tips practice, learn to play the song until it becomes second nature
then hum to it
once you got the song down
and the melody
putting it in words should be pretty simple:)
