I was just wondering because i love singing but im not a very good singer. So i know people take voice lessons to get better at singing but usually those people are already somewhat good singers.
so do you think with lessons someone who can hardly sing at all, could get a good singing voice?

yes. you may never be a mariah or a whitney (christina aguilera or alicia keys for you youngins), but you should be able to have at least a bearable voice. And good technique to back it up
