I have waayyy too many dreams for the future, and I want to start to go for them but I dont know which.. each of them requires time and probably i need to take some high school classes, but I dont have room for all of them. Im already taking marching band and a lot of art classes. I really want to take choir in school also, but that would mean dropping some art classes.
for after school, I already take viola lessons, im in a youth orchestra and im planning on taking oboe lessons. Im already going to do marching band and even track in the spring. I really want to take voice lessons and dance lessons and also participate in theatre after school.
I cant do all of this..can someone help me decide what I should do?
Your age would help, if you are unsure. the younger you are the more options you should keep open, as many as options as possible. some options will cost more than others. a stage school or musical theatre company that audition you for places, (this means you show some promise and will not be wasting money) or work for examinations putting you forward only if your ready (again if you find you are not being put forward you can leave and not waste further money)
choirs orchestra bands can help, the cheapest options lie in school clubs. subject teachers at school may be able to give you advise as well.
do as much as you have time for without your school work and homework suffering. and consider finances.
write down the pro's and cons of each subject, read it through , decide which you want most, prioritise by repeating this again chosing the best you like. then look into amount of time this will take an then financeces with a bit of luck you will be able to filter these down to the best options for you.
