I can cry on cue and act happy and act sad/depressed on cue, too.
Singing is going to have very little to do with it.
And acting skills go WAY beyond those things you just listed.
You have a lot to learn.
I suggest signing up for some acting classes, getting involved in local theater, and reading every book on acting you can get your hands on.
Natural ability is about 2% of it.
You need to learn skill and get experience.
And then, it's still a long shot.
