Can you learn how to sing with Vibrato?

2

It seems that every time I try out for the musical the leads go to someone to has a beautiful sound with Vibrato. Is there any way I can learn how to get vibrato in my singing without voice lessons- I can’t afford them. I have a couple months before I audition so I have plenty of time to prepare myself.

Please help me if you know!
Thanks

Vibrato is easy, so don’t worry. With a little bit of practice I’m sure you’ll be able to get it.

To do vibrato, all you have to do is focus on your abdominal muscles. People thing that you get vibrato by moving your jaw up and down [which is only half of it] and if you just do that solely, it sounds choppy. You have to sort of do it with your throat, stomach, and a tiny bit of your jaw.
I’m sure if you youtube this you might get some more help.

Good luck :]
