Are you being serious or a joke? Some so called celebs and even some real ones do attend functions but it costs a pack even for a charity! I am not sure the going rate for a birthday party at your own house though. Are you throwing in some ice cream and jello/ Some birthday cake maybe?
Anyway the main thing is if you like her that much to want her at your party and I hope your mum knows but then you must be old enough to have control over serious cash, look online at the fan club, probably already a fan eh? then email the secretary. Probably have to send about a dozen emails as not too many bother getting back so i am told! Not Britney though so you never know. does she have a secretary? She must go to some parties though she looks a party girl lol!
