How long do you need to take Vocal lessons before entering a college music program?

I've been taking singing lessons at the local university for over two years now. How long should someone take lessons before they enter college?

That totally depends on the singer. If I were you I would talk to someone in the music program at the college you're interested in. They should be able to give you an honest answer about whether you're ready.
