I wanna hear my voice while singing using my pc mic in real time so that I can use the karaokes/instrumentals posted on youtube. Is that possible? Like a real karaoke only on pc? I wanna hear my voice at the same time while playing the youtube videos… any ideas would be really appreciated! =)
A simple and free way to accomplish this is by using yahoo voice chat. There are various chat rooms that will be empty or only have "bots" so you will likely have a fair amount of privacy, of course there is no guarantee but it will accomplish what you wish to accomplish quickly until you can figure out a better way. Just position the mic near your speakers and also where it will pick up your voice and sing away. I used to do this a lot but it was in a chatroom of others that did it also and we all just took turns. There are karaoke chatrooms in Yahoo chat also. You may be able to find some better information in there if you can avoid the onslaught of bots long enough!
