Tips, Tricks and Tools To Help You Sing!

how can i train my singing voice to the point where i can belt out high notes?

kind of like how this girl can (around 2:50 if you don’t want to watch the whole thing)

to hit notes that high, i have to use my head voice. I want to develop a stronger lower voice and still be able to do falsettos. how can i train my diaphragm to be stronger?

What the hell was the first answer? The two voices were completely different.

Ok, so if you wanna sing like this and you can’t do it naturally, you really do need to go see a good voice teacher. Attempting to shout out this kind of stuff can be really bad for you.

To get these notes is a mix of knowing how to use your breath and how to get your vocal chords to make the most of it, but also, with any belt .. you must have the ‘go for it’ attitude. When I taught singing, I asked my students to shout really loud.. they all hit the pitch that they were trying to achieve in their songs…so it’s all about not panicking about the high notes and just tackling them straight up.

If anyone tries to tell you about the diaphragm.. forget it. If you can yell loud at a pitch without thinking about how to use it. then you can sing without thinking about it too.. it does it’s job perfectly fine by keeping us alive.
So yea.. go see a singing teacher.
