I want to sing and want to add echo on My logitech Cam?.
How can I do that?.
Also When I webcam chat with friends.
I want my voice to have echo 
Can anyone tell me where I can do that?.

You can’t mess with the sound input from a webcam. If you want to create echo you need to purchase a microphone and set your sound card to echo input from the microphone (only available on some sound cards).
