i really like singing… problem is im not very good and dont have much confidence in myself
my parents have told me a number of times that i can't sing, but i can't help it 
i would take lessons but i have no money and my parents are always working so i can't really do anything if it is too far away.
are there any tips/ online websites that could help me expand my vocal range and improve my voice?
i've always had a passion for music so it would help

and yes… i sing non stop so i practise loads
Listen, listen, and listen to your favourite music.
Get used to listening to all the instruments in the band (especially drums, bass and rhythm instruments) and not just the voice, because these are your queues on when to come in and what note to sing.
See if you can download some karaoke songs. Practice with them, then record your voice on top and compare it to the original song. Then listen to it the next day. Why? Because you'll be more critical and less subjective.
Show it to people that know something about singing so they can criticize it and don't accept a 'there's no problem with it' or 'it sounds fine to me' answer. Force them to give you a professional opinion because there's always room for improvement! This is also a good way to know if the person knows what he's talking about or not.
