Do I need to take lessons for vocal and dancing if I want to audition for SM Entertainment or does it teach u?

I am a boy 12 years old
if you have to take lessons can you list some sites where you can get free online vocal or dancing classes?

you can take lessons but there good dance classes aren't cheap there arent free online dancelessons unless you're willing to check youtube???
