I love rapping, and i’ve got great lyrics the only problem is my voice sounds weird well atleast to me, can a vocal teacher or coach or whatever help me improve my voice and become better at rapping?

Yes, a vocal teacher will help 
And the vocal teacher/coach can definitely teach you to deliver a deeper/lower sound if you want to (and breathing, delivery, techinques, tricks , etc).
