It´s great that you wanna learn singing! I´m not from India or Mumbai, so I don´t know about any local classes, but I´m sure there is.
But since you´re on the internet, you have lots of opportunities to improve your singing online! Some resources are great, but there´s of course a lot´s of so called voice training classes!
And remember: No matter what you have heard, the best singing tip is to sing! Not so much to practice. Check out the open mic events, talent nights and jam sessions in your community and find some places that you can sing for audience!
